01 · Culture

How they work

Our viewAssent's culture starts with its mission: its careers page invites people to help create a more sustainable planet, and lists optimism, diligence, fearlessness and joy among its values. The practices match. Work is remote-first, every new hire gets professional development days from day one, volunteer days are standard, and it reached a 1:1 gender ratio among people leaders. Mediacorp has named it one of the National Capital Region's Top Employers in 2024 and 2025.
