Fullscript
Started in a guest bedroom, now a billion-dollar platform for whole-person care
Fullscript began as three Ottawa co-founders building a better way for practitioners to recommend supplements, and now serves more than 125,000 healthcare providers and about 10 million patients across Canada and the US. It runs on a founder-mindset culture where team members are told they are owners, and on patient growth capital from HGGC, Snapdragon and Leonard Green.

How they workLeur façon de travailler
Our viewNotre avisFullscript writes its culture down in a public culture guide built around authenticity, grit and community, and asks every team member to act like a founder. People pick where they work well, home, hub or both, and come together for monthly Hub Days, an annual hackathon and the Fullhouse gathering. The co-founder CEO was named Ottawa's CEO of the Year in 2022, and Deloitte recognized the company among Canada's Technology Fast 50 enterprise leaders in 2025.

What they do bestCe qu’elles font de mieux
Our viewNotre avisFullscript gives integrative and functional-medicine practitioners one platform to recommend and dispense supplements, order labs and support patients between visits. Acquisitions of Emerson Ecologics (2022) and Rupa Health (2024) added wholesale distribution and lab ordering, and the platform passed US$1B in trailing net revenue in 2025.

Venture-backed
Our viewNotre avisFullscript took its first major outside capital in 2021, a US$240M growth investment from HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners, and used it to buy Emerson Ecologics and Rupa Health. In 2025 those backers chose to re-invest rather than exit, with Leonard Green & Partners leading a continuation vehicle that gave earlier investors liquidity and added growth capital.
